Job Title: Incident Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Incident Manager to join our team at Saxon Global. As an Incident Manager, you will be responsible for delivering continuous availability for GE applications and related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on Problem Management, delivering continuous availability for GE applications and related infrastructure.
  • Work to meet internal Problem Tasks to agreed SLA's.
  • Provide strong leadership to the Problem and Incident management teams and hold the team accountable for delivering solutions to customers.
  • Implement industry best practices while focusing on productivity and optimization of business and CT managed infrastructure.
  • Engage, leverage, and drive a simplified problem management process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content.
  • Work in high stress situations and provide support to 24x7 teams.

About the Role:

This role will focus on trend data analysis and business-focused project remediation work to ensure long-term fixes are applied to infrastructure or applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to customers.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in high-stress situations and provide support to 24x7 teams.
  • Experience with problem management and incident response.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for problem management and incident response.
