Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution to resolve incidents efficiently and effectively.
Monitor and assess incoming incident reports to determine severity and impact.
Conduct initial analysis to identify potential root causes and impact on operations.
Respond promptly to incidents according to established protocols and procedures.
Maintain detailed records of incident details, response actions, and resolutions.
Generate incident reports and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Participate in the development and implementation of preventive measures to mitigate future incidents.

Requirements

4 years of Business Execution, Implementation experience.
Proven track record of cultivating and nurturing strong professional networks, adept at fostering meaningful relationships to drive collaborative success.
Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to a dynamic environment and react to changing priorities, having the ability to navigate through ambiguity and change.
Strong communications with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
Adept at fostering collaborative relationships and adept at adapting communication style to diverse audience.
Focus on Business Incidents.
Incident Analyst/Management experience.
Working in Merchant Services.
Incident triage.
Handling credit cards incidents.
