We are currently seeking a Lead BMC Remedy Solutions Engineer to enhance our service offerings for our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

  • Act as the senior technical authority for the administration and development of BMC Remedy products and solutions, overseeing all facets of Remedy services.
  • Manage and administer Remedy systems effectively.
  • Conduct proactive monitoring of Remedy systems, focusing on performance and capability management to ensure operational continuity.
  • Implement monthly patches for Remedy applications as required.
  • Possess a robust understanding of Remedy environments operating on Microsoft Windows and SQL.
  • Hold BMC Certification as an Administrator for BMC Remedy AR System 7.5 or higher, and support database maintenance tasks including backup/recovery, service pack updates, and optimization.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Demonstrate a high level of independence and self-motivation.

The ideal candidate should work effectively with minimal supervision, showcasing a collaborative spirit and a history of successful teamwork. Integrity, self-responsibility, and personal initiative are essential traits.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Active Top Secret Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • A minimum of eight years of hands-on experience in Remedy administration, design, and development.

It is essential to possess at least a TS/SCI Clearance, with a preference for candidates holding a TS/SCI with a CI Poly security clearance. Candidates must be U.S. citizens capable of obtaining and maintaining a final TS/SCI security clearance.

Educational Background

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an IT-related field, combined with relevant experience.

Certifications

Baseline certification: DoD 8570 IAT II certification, Security+, and one of the following DoD-approved certifications to meet the IAT-2 requirement: GSEC, SSCP, CCNA-Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), CASP, GCIH, GCED.
