Job Summary

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients to sell the value of our services. This role requires a strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through various methods, including telemarketing, cold calling, and social media
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to sell the value of our services
  • Meet or exceed sales and activity levels
  • Develop a prospective customer list and generate leads through various methods
  • Complete bid paperwork and finalize new client contracts in a timely manner
  • Facilitate the new client process and communicate effectively with the Service Team to resolve client issues
  • Travel throughout the market area to meet with prospects and clients
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Proven track record of consistent top sales performance, meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong sales experience selling a premium service, with a focus on value-based conversations
  • Experience with complex sales and running a business or understanding the needs of an SMB
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret and analyze company policies and objectives
Preferred Qualifications
  • Long tenure of more than 2 years at each position
  • Strong established local network and familiarity with the local market
  • Preferred connections with referral partners, COIs, and attendance at networking events
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and small business operations and challenges
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation ($82.5K + uncapped lifetime residual commissions)
  • 1st year OTE: $110-$130K
  • 2nd year OTE: $150K+
  • 3rd year OTE: $200K+ and so on
