Job Summary:

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients to sell the company's services. This role requires strong sales and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through various methods, including telemarketing, cold calling, and social media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to sell the company's services and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales and activity targets, as well as maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the service team to resolve client issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Travel throughout the market area to meet with clients and prospects, as well as attend networking events and conferences.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of B2B outside sales experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Knowledge of small business operations and challenges, as well as human resource-related needs.
