About the Role:

We are pleased to announce Full-Time opportunities for Licensed Clinicians (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) within our Partial Hospitalization Program. This program is designed for individuals who require a structured, short-term therapeutic environment. The Lead Clinician is responsible for providing direct therapeutic services, which may include individual, group, and family therapy. This role also involves participating in interdisciplinary treatment planning and ensuring that all services provided align with the clinician's expertise and qualifications. Additionally, this position includes mentoring graduate-level interns.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions Conduct client intakes and manage both case and crisis situations Collaborate with other healthcare providers, state agencies, and community resources to support client needs

Qualifications

Required Licensure as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW Experience in higher levels of care, such as psychiatric hospitals or residential programs Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage clients in crisis Nonjudgmental approach to fostering client self-sufficiency through practical skills Capacity to build trusting relationships through empathy and insight Sensitivity to the diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds of clients Strong time management skills for effective record-keeping Valid work documentation required Successful completion of a CORI and drug test, along with other pre-employment requirements
