Partial Hospitalization Program Clinician

Role Overview:

We are seeking Full-Time Clinicians, including Licensed Professionals and Master's Level Clinicians pursuing licensure, to join our Partial Hospitalization Program. This program is designed for individuals needing intensive, short-term support in a group setting. Our focus is on creating a therapeutic and secure environment that fosters emotional and psychological well-being. We value a collaborative workplace that promotes healthy interactions among staff and clients.

The Clinician in our Partial Hospitalization Program will provide direct therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, and will be involved in interdisciplinary treatment planning. It is essential that all services are delivered within the clinician's training and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Conduct client intakes and manage cases and crises effectively
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to support client needs

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required
  • Experience in a higher level of care setting, such as psychiatric hospitals or emergency services
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage clients in crisis
  • Nonjudgmental approach to fostering client self-sufficiency through practical skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills characterized by compassion and empathy
  • Awareness of the diverse needs of clients from various cultural backgrounds
  • Effective time management skills for maintaining accurate records
  • Must possess valid work documentation
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug testing is required
