Job Summary

Carmichael Lynch is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Media Account Lead. This position requires a collaborative and media-savvy individual to drive media connections between our agency and clients, and partner agencies, to achieve marketing and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate collaboration between client and agency teams to foster solutions and drive results.
  • Manage media-specific timelines and budgets, ensuring seamless integration with broader communication timelines.
  • Monitor and oversee media-specific budget and billing activity, including financial management and authorization approvals.
  • Participate in internal and external status meetings to ensure communication and alignment between partners.
  • Disseminate updates and recaps to maintain communication between all partners.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of advertising or marketing experience with media knowledge and expertise.
  • Prior background in client relationship management.
  • Thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Confident and resourceful, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Dynamic agency member, contributing to a positive culture.
