Sales Account Manager

The Sales Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving commercial success for TEPHRA's Engineered Plastics business entity within the Automotive/Mobility Industry. This residence-based position is located in East Michigan or Northern Ohio, covering a key account territory in the US North East region.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and manage pricing strategies on a quarterly basis or per commercial agreement to maximize margin and grow profitability.
- Identify and map key decision-makers in the customer's value chain, building and maintaining relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
- Develop and communicate account plans aligned with industry, application, and product strategy, ensuring alignment with internal supportive functions.
- Monitor and manage the customer's project pipeline, documenting progress in the CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience, or an MBA/Master's Degree with 4 years of experience.
- 4 years of experience in sales of Plastic Injection molding products to Tier 1 of the Automotive industry.
- Strong sales capabilities, interpersonal skills, and technical knowledge of Automotive Plastic Injection Molding grades.
- Ability to travel up to 50% - 75% for customer/office visits.
