Job Summary:
The Foodservice Worker is responsible for performing essential tasks related to food portioning, serving, and maintaining cleanliness of tableware and work areas. This role adheres to specific cleaning and waste disposal protocols mandated by regulatory bodies, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained throughout the operation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute various duties within the foodservice environment, including food preparation, packaging, and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food service areas as directed by management and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and document temperatures of food items and storage areas, such as refrigerators and freezers.
- Prepare food trays for immediate service or store them appropriately for later use.
- Accurately measure and weigh ingredients as required.
- Receive and organize food supplies, equipment, and utensils in designated storage areas.
- Depending on operational needs, may handle cash transactions.
- Interpret patient meal tickets and confirm patient identifiers, recipes, and ingredient specifications.

Work Environment:
This position is typically carried out in a clinical setting. The Foodservice Worker is accountable for fulfilling all job-specific responsibilities while adhering to organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in food preparation, serving, cleaning, or customer service is advantageous.

Additional Information:
- New hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
- Availability to work between the hours of 5:30 am - 7:30 pm is required, including weekends and holidays.
