Job Summary

As a Foodservice Worker, you will engage in essential tasks associated with the portioning and serving of meals, as well as the sanitation of tableware, equipment, and workspaces. Adhering to specialized cleaning and waste management protocols mandated by regulatory bodies is crucial. You will maintain a professional demeanor and uphold service standards throughout your duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute various assignments within the foodservice department.
  • Responsibilities may encompass food preparation, packaging, and delivery services.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all food service areas as directed by management and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and document temperatures of food items and storage areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
  • Arrange food trays on warmers for immediate service or store them in refrigeration units.
  • Accurately measure and weigh ingredients as required.
  • Receive and organize food supplies, equipment, and utensils in designated storage areas.
  • Handle cash transactions as necessary.
  • Interpret patient meal tickets and verify patient identifiers, recipes, ingredients, labels, and expiration dates.
Work is primarily conducted in a clinical setting. You will be accountable for fulfilling all job-specific responsibilities and adhering to organizational policies and procedures. Position Details

  • New hires may qualify for a Sign-on Bonus up to $1,250.
  • Availability to work between 5:30 am - 7:30 pm is required.
  • Weekend and holiday shifts are part of the rotation.
  • Previous experience in food preparation, serving, cleaning, or customer service is preferred.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is preferred.
