Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

At PRI Global, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing routine technical support and maintenance for our clients' operations environment with a focus on networking technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for clients' operations environment, with a focus on networking technologies.
  • Clarify common customer problems and provide resolutions for simple system failures or degradations according to standard protocols.
  • Monitor and take calls for problems, taking corrective actions to minimize customer impact.
  • Create and update internal tickets to document monitoring and recovery steps for the Mastercard Operations Command Center.
  • Recommend areas for network enhancements and assist with implementing basic changes within the network environment.
  • Support customer interactions to provide infrastructure-related services, including incident, problem, change, and capacity management, and reporting activities for Service Assurance.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of networking technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with network operations and technical support.
