About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team at Syneos Health. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for implementing sales plans and delivering exceptional sales presentations to current and prospective customers in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to meet and exceed performance objectives
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations to healthcare professionals in clinics, offices, and hospitals, utilizing our customer engagement selling model
  • Effectively utilize and manage client-approved resources to optimize customer engagement
  • Meet and/or exceed performance objectives in your assigned territory
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Proven experience selling in an institutional setting and ability to navigate complex accounts
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends
  • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business or life sciences
  • 3+ years of specialty sales experience, preferably in infectious or rare disease, immunology, or oncology

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $140,000 to $150,000, as well as opportunities for commissions and bonuses based on company and individual performance.
