This role is responsible for maintaining operational excellence and providing leadership to property staff at Real Estate Equities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day leadership to direct reports and property staff.
- Oversee property operations, including lease-ups, occupancy, and maintenance.
- Mentor and coach property staff to ensure they meet expectations.
- Develop and manage property operating and capital budgets.
- Work closely with the HR department to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Research and approve invoices to maintain budget.
- Monitor key indicators of site performance and take corrective action as needed.
- Support REE's mission, vision, values, and culture.
- Assist other departments and perform other duties as assigned.
- Travel as necessary, up to 30% out of state and 60% interstate.
- Attend company functions as necessary.
- Ability to sit at a computer for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and walk up and down stairs as necessary.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with nights and weekends as necessary.
Compensation details: Yearly Salary.
