Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and field leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct training and development programs for direct and indirect customer sales, associate training, and influencing store associates.
  • Coordinate and lead training events, whether in-person or virtual.
  • Collect and analyze sales and market data to provide insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of combined sales and/or retail sales experience.
  • Strong relative experience in retail business and/or wireless.
  • 3+ years of supervisor/management experience managing direct reports in a retail and/or retail sales field.
  • Ability to schedule/lead/record virtual training and virtual events with minimal support.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with retail partner store and regional field leadership.
