Job Summary:

The Business Development Lead will be responsible for generating leads and closing agreements to drive business growth. This includes processing renewal payments, handling merchandise, and maintaining showroom floors.

About the Role:

  • Develop relationships with customers and vendors to achieve sales goals.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm.

Requirements:

  • 21 years old (18 in Canada).
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Two years of college or previous management experience preferred.
  • Valid state driver's license and ability to meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.).
  • Able to perform physical job, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly.

Salary Range:

$13.25 to $15.00 per hour, with incentive pay based on performance.
