Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive compensation package, we offer comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of dental professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional patient care and service.
  • Collaborate with regional operations leadership to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of prior dental office management experience required.
  • High School diploma or GED required; 4-year bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in the dental field.
  • Proven track record of business development and leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
