Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented administrative assistant to support our workforce development program. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, greet and welcome participants, and facilitate orientations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation
  • Greets and welcomes participants, guests, and partners at the office
  • Facilitates New Client Orientation on a regular basis
  • Utilizes computer systems to schedule meetings, send emails, and manage files
  • Manages multi-line phone system, screening and prioritizing calls
  • Conducts outreach to program participants via phone, email, and mailers
  • Assists with maintaining and organizing confidential participant files
  • Assists with special projects as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4-year degree, recent college grads encouraged to apply
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and have a high degree of flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
  • Passion for serving individuals from disadvantaged and underserved populations
