Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day front desk operations, ensuring quality, standards, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, increase revenue, and control property occupancy.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet the expectations of our guests and the company.
  • Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related field.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major; no work experience required.
