We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Manager Overnight to join our team at Marriott Hotels. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for leading and assisting with the successful completion of daily shift requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Front Desk team in achieving exceptional guest satisfaction and meeting operating budget goals.
- Assist in completing financial and administrative responsibilities, including analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service performance, including observing staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.
- Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
- Participate in department meetings and continually communicate a clear and consistent message regarding the Front Desk goals to produce desired results.
- High school diploma or GED; 1 year experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
