We are seeking a talented and compassionate Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) RN CAP 1. In this role, you will work alongside a dynamic team to provide high-quality patient care, while also contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
Job ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities as a CAP RN CAP 1 will include:
- Providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
