Post-Acute Care Specialist

Responsibilities and RequirementsAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality care, creating care plans, delivering treatments, and administering medications, among other duties. You must have a current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN), completion of an approved nursing program, experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months), and excellent organizational skills.
