About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who can provide and document skilled nursing care in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians' orders for each individual patient. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care and support to patients with complex medical needs.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide and document skilled nursing care in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians' orders.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
What We Offer: At Aveanna Healthcare LLC, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements: To be considered for this role, applicants must have a current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice, current CPR certification, and a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Med-Surg nurse. A strong understanding of home health care principles and practices is also essential. Bonus points if you have previous experience working with adult patients in their home environment
