Overview

Job Description

As a Hemodialysis Treatment Coordinator, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the delivery of hemodialysis therapy to assigned patients
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • A current RN license in good standing
  • At least 3 months of experience in chronic or acute hemodialysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
