Office Clerk/Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk/Receptionist to join our team at TemPositions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct calls and manage voicemail messages
  • Transfer tenants to the correct internal team members
  • Take clear and detailed messages
  • Ensure phone lines are not left ringing
Requirements:
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Customer service experience or proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
