Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at E. Armata Inc. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and will be responsible for managing incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming calls, ensuring timely and efficient transfer of calls to the relevant departments.
  • Provide warm hospitality to all visitors, ensuring they sign in, are greeted, and directed correctly.
  • Review and verify all tickets and bills of lading for changes, adjustments, and customer signatures, ensuring accurate billing for our products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, reporting any missing paperwork and signatures daily.
Requirements
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to multitask, detail-oriented, and handle extensive call volume.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Highly adaptable, flexible, and self-motivated professional who can work independently and as part of a team.
