Bilingual Data Coordinator

At Hamilton Families, our mission is to end family homelessness in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive support services to families in need, with a focus on preventing homelessness whenever possible.
The Stability Coordinator plays a critical role in our organization, overseeing participant program activities and providing training and guidance to our team. This position requires a strong understanding of social services and a passion for working with diverse populations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Housing Stability Manager to develop and implement programs to support homeless and at-risk families
- Supervising case management staff and conducting regular meetings, record keeping, performance reviews, and coaching
- Leading recruitment efforts and training for case management staff, ensuring alignment with HF policies and program needs
- Resolving complex participant/service issues and providing staff with guidance to handle similar situations in the future
- Enhancing participant relations and creating a work environment focused on service, diversity, and respect
- Producing and submitting reports on service progress, conducting audits for quality assurance, and maintaining accurate records
- Leading case reviews, exit planning, and program coordination meetings, and acting as a liaison with funders and community organizations
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and assisting in policy and procedure development
Requirements include:
- 3+ years of experience in social work, psychology, human services, or a related field
- Familiarity with case management databases or customer service platforms
- Demonstrated ability to exercise appropriate judgment and uphold policies and procedures
- Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other software
- Ability to travel locally and long distance to meet with vendors and participants
