Oncology Nursing Specialist

OMNI Healthcare is seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our esteemed team in a cutting-edge healthcare environment. As an Oncology Nursing Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our mission to enhance the health of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Administer chemotherapy treatments and manage various oncology cases with precision.
- Collaborate with physicians to facilitate patient examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth patient flow.
- Record and monitor vital patient information, including vital signs, medical history, and treatment updates.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in oncology nursing.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree).
- Preferred certification in chemotherapy administration.
- Active Florida state nursing license in good standing.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong clinical skills in patient care and education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills to enhance patient care delivery.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive salary starting from $38.00 per hour, with additional benefits including medical insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
Work Environment:
This position is primarily in a clinical setting with a standard day shift schedule, Monday to Friday. Candidates must be prepared to relocate to the designated work location prior to starting employment.
