Key Responsibilities- Plan, direct, and coordinate orientation programs, in-services, and continuing education programs based on established needs.
- Develop and implement educational materials, curricula, and assessments to meet the learning needs of healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify learning gaps and develop targeted educational programs.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for educational improvement and develop strategies to address these needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, educators, and other stakeholders to promote educational programs and services.
- Current/Active Florida Registered Nurse License (RN) OR Approved Multi-State License
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- American Red Cross OR American Heart Association Basic Life Support CPR (BLS)
- Preferred: Master's Degree, American Red Cross OR American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- AHA Instructor for BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Previous teaching and curriculum development experience
