Aftercare Program Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Aftercare Program Coordinator to join our team at UNC Health. As a key member of our burn center, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the supervision, management, and delivery of routines, schedules, and procedures for children's camps, school re-entry, and support operations.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate camp programming, orientation, and the camp experience for campers, volunteers, and staff.
- Develop and conduct individualized and generalized aftercare programs/therapeutic interventions for child patients, siblings, and caregivers.
- Present and publish articles related to camp experience and aftercare interventions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Child Life Nursing, Social Work, or Chaplaincy.
- 2 years of experience in a related field.
