Program Manager for Professional Education

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager for Professional Education to support the PharmD program at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. The successful candidate will play a key role in operationalizing individualization efforts, maintaining policies, and ensuring the alignment of individualization options with emerging career opportunities in non-traditional settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and advance individualization opportunities for PharmD students
  • Provide PharmD didactic curriculum coordination in collaboration with course directors
  • Coordinate and support various initiatives, including didactic curriculum elective courses, academic scholars programs, certificates, dual-degree offerings, co-curricular activities, and internships
  • Serve as an education manager for required PharmD didactic curricular courses

Requirements:

  • Relevant post-Baccalaureate degree required (or foreign degree equivalent)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in education (work in pharmacy education or health professions education setting is a plus)
  • Familiarity with accreditation standards and curricular design in higher education
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting tools
