Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager - Growth

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Growth Marketing Senior Manager to join our marketing team. The Growth Marketing Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing targeted campaign strategies that drive awareness, generate demand and support our overall business objectives and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accelerate pipeline in Americas by spearheading integrated content and campaign initiatives tailored to specific regional target accounts and personas.
* Localize global campaign strategies by working closely with the Global Growth Marketing team to adapt global strategies to local contexts.
* Develop and execute high-impact, integrated AMER campaigns that deliver the right messaging to the right personas/buying groups.
* Ensure Americas campaign strategies are strategically aligned with Digital Realty business goals and strategies.
* Foster strong relationships with internal teams to ensure all Americas marketing initiatives are integrated cross-functionally.

Requirements:

* 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on growth and digital marketing strategies.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing a team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with Marketo, PowerBI, DemandBase, Outreach and Salesforce is desired.
