Job Title: AVP-Senior Legal Counsel

AT&T is seeking a highly skilled cybersecurity attorney to provide expert legal advice on a wide range of cybersecurity issues, including regulatory compliance, incident response, data protection, vulnerability management, and supply chain security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and security controls for employees, customers, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address cybersecurity risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Work with external affairs partners and government agencies to guide U.S. cyber policy at the federal and state level
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity law, regulations, and industry trends
  • Strong knowledge of law enforcement and the U.S. Intelligence Community interactions with the private sector
  • Juris Doctorate Degree required
  • Significant prior government experience in the field
  • CISSP, CIPP, CISM, or other relevant certifications a plus
  • Ability to obtain Top Secret/SI Security Clearance
