Cybersecurity Attorney

AT&T is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Attorney to provide expert legal advice on a wide range of cybersecurity issues, including regulatory compliance, incident response, data protection, vulnerability management, and supply chain security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and security controls for employees, customers, and suppliers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address cybersecurity risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Work with external affairs partners and government agencies to guide U.S. cyber policy at the federal and state level.
- Provide informed and proactive legal advice on cybersecurity law, regulations, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity law, regulations, and deep knowledge of industry trends.
- Strong knowledge of how law enforcement and the U.S. Intelligence Community interact with the private sector.
- Juris Doctorate Degree is required.
- Significant prior government experience in the field.
- CISSP, CIPP, CISM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Ability to obtain Top Secret/SI Security Clearance.
