Quality Assurance Manager

Siemens Mobility, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Lexington, NC. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of our rail car manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead a team of quality assurance professionals to conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure the quality of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all quality-related documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on rail car manufacturing.
- Proven track record of improving quality and reducing defects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Proficient in Lean manufacturing principles and MS Excel.
