As a pivotal member of the production team, the Quality Assurance Engineer serves as a vital link between Quality and Manufacturing, addressing quality and system challenges effectively. This role is essential in delivering ongoing training to production personnel, ensuring they are well-versed in the evolving quality standards set by customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement preventive measures to resolve quality issues.
  • Convert customer specifications into actionable production guidelines, control plans, and process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  • Facilitate weekly meetings focused on quality enhancement.
  • Oversee the PNCA process.
  • Contribute to the design and planning of production equipment to align with customer expectations.
  • Engage in travel to client sites to address quality concerns.
  • Act as a certified TS16949 auditor.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and legal standards during new product development.
  • Support the successful execution of initial production trials.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving Parts Per Million (PPM) for both new and existing components.
  • Manage corrective action processes related to customer feedback and audits.
  • Uphold the NSG Group's Standards of Business Conduct along with its core Values and Principles.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Familiarity with customer systems such as GM, Honda, Toyota, and Nissan.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in engineering.
  • Certification as a Blackbelt or Greenbelt.
  • Experience in program management.
