Job Summary

Aspire Bakeries is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the continuous operation and maintenance of a wide range of facility systems and equipment, including refrigeration, HVAC, boilers, electrical distribution, and safety systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair facility equipment, including refrigeration systems, HVAC units, boilers, and electrical distribution equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources to maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Participate in emergency response and contribute to the facility's overall operational excellence.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • State of New Jersey licenses for the operation of hazardous refrigeration and high-pressure steam systems are required.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Knowledge of equipment setup, functions, operating procedures, and preventative maintenance techniques is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Working Conditions

The Maintenance Technician III will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to mechanical and electrical equipment. The role requires the ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme temperatures. The technician must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
