Event Coordinator Job Summary

The Event Coordinator is a key member of the Events and Corporate Communications team at Life Time Fitness. This role is responsible for providing logistical and tactical support to ensure the success of various events and programs within the club. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate event logistics, including vendor management and internal communication
  • Deliver event results through documentation and reporting
  • Provide project management support for event marketing campaigns
  • Engage with members and non-members to promote events and programs
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • CPR and AED certification
  • Ability to travel as required
Preferred Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Extensive knowledge of club activities and promotions
  • Excellent customer service and promotional skills
  • Ability to build relationships with members
Compensation:
This is an hourly position with wages starting at and paying up to, based on experience and qualifications.
