Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned and licensed Civil Engineer to join our organization as a Senior Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess over a decade of practical experience in the civil engineering sector, particularly in land development initiatives.

This individual should excel in guiding and mentoring engineering teams, demonstrate outstanding client relationship management abilities, and have a successful history in business growth.


Project Oversight:
Provide strategic direction in the planning, design, and implementation of intricate land development projects.

Manage and supervise project teams, ensuring the effective delivery of superior engineering solutions while adhering to established plans, schedules, timelines, and budgets.

Collaborate with various support personnel, municipalities, and clients to guarantee precise and timely information exchange.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met throughout the project duration.


Technical Proficiency:


Utilize experience and practical engineering knowledge to expertly oversee, direct, and/or execute site grading and drainage, roadway and utility design, and structural engineering.

Conduct all responsibilities in strict compliance with local, state, federal, and international building regulations, guidelines, and best practices to ensure that every project adheres to safety and environmental standards.

Evaluate and implement best practices in engineering design using advanced computer-aided drafting software and mapping tools, including but not limited to Civil3D and GIS.

Contribute to the solution-oriented culture of Azseg by applying critical thinking to resolve complex engineering challenges.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, integrating new technologies into project workflows.

Team Leadership:
Guide and mentor a team of engineers, promoting a collaborative and innovative work atmosphere.
Offer support on technical challenges, professional growth, and career advancement opportunities for team members.

Client Engagement:
Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their requirements, and delivering solutions that surpass expectations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert insights and recommendations to enhance project results.

Business Growth:
Identify and pursue new business prospects, contributing to the expansion and growth of the firm.
Collaborate with business development teams to prepare proposals, engage in client presentations, and secure new projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering; Professional Engineering (PE) license is mandatory.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, focusing on land development projects.
A proven history of successfully leading and managing engineering teams.
Exceptional technical knowledge in civil engineering principles and practices.
Strong client relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to comprehend and meet client needs.
Experience in business development, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and successful project acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
