The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of new employee laptops and devices
  • Process returned assets and prepare them for reuse or disposal
  • Handle termination collections and ensure proper asset management
  • Provision and track loaner systems using our global asset management tool
  • Work with employees to perform computer upgrades and migrations
  • Provide first-tier support for AV issues and large global meetings and events
  • Manage ticket queue and team slack channels
  • Maintain and create documentation and SOPs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to ensure seamless support
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Mac OS, iOS, and Android
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 10 and network fundamentals
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Gsuite, and IM systems
  • Ability to work in a hybrid in-office model and participate in after-hours and weekend support
