Clear Ridge Defense is in search of professionals with TS/SCI clearance to take on the role of Cyber Operations Policy Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will...

  • Assess and ensure that higher headquarters directives align with current operational needs.
  • Identify deficiencies in policy and guidance, and draft, coordinate, and finalize necessary policy documents.
  • Analyze and create project timelines for the integration of policy and guidance issued by higher headquarters entities, including geographic combatant commands and cyber command.
  • Formulate and sustain operational concepts and employment strategies to articulate the deployment of cyber capabilities across various operational contexts.
  • Generate new or revise existing guidance, policies, instructions, and manuals to address organizational, training, and operational readiness gaps for cyber forces.
Essential Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess...
  • Strong interpersonal communication abilities.
  • A Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Familiarity with cyber command policies, standard operating procedures, directives, and other relevant guidance.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in developing governmental or corporate policy.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in cyber operations, with a preference for offensive experience, or equivalent experience in defensive operations or commercial penetration testing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in leadership roles.
