About the Role:

The Cafe Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts of the Cafe, aligning with the overall operating strategy. This individual will also support the Senior Leadership Team in upholding brand standards and meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
  • Manage marketing expenses within the Cafe's budget and forecast models.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support the execution of all systems and processes.
  • Market a multi-product business line to diverse guest profiles.
  • Foster a customer-centric environment and execute established standards for guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute meetings and events that exceed client expectations.
  • Support senior management in attracting and retaining top talent and developing career paths.
  • Develop and implement learning and developmental programs to drive continuous improvement and employee retention.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and social media platforms.
  • Background in the music industry is a plus.
