About the Role:

The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the Property Manager and other office staff in the operation of the complex, ensuring effective fiscal, physical, and social soundness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect rent and make bank deposits
  • Prepare and submit rent rolls
  • Verify income and comply with HUD, TCAC, or other regulations
  • Answer phone calls and assist residents and guests as the first point of contact
  • Prepare correspondence and maintain the neatness of the office

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of property management experience
  • Bilingual
  • Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH a plus
  • Able to multitask in a busy office environment
  • Good phone etiquette
