Office Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Adecco USA. As an Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet clients, and schedule appointments
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopiers, scanners, and printers
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Previous office, clerical, or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
