We are seeking a highly skilled Air Emissions Testing Operations Coordinator to join our team at Alliance Technical Group. This role will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of stack testing projects, coordinating with other offices for resources and equipment, and developing training protocols for our Learning Management System.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the execution of stack testing projects, including project planning, field testing, and data review.
- Coordinate with other offices to ensure the availability of equipment and personnel for upcoming projects.
- Develop and implement training protocols for our Learning Management System, ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with Technical Services, Analytical Services, and Operations to improve the quality sample process and ensure compliance with USEPA emissions testing regulations.
- Work with Quality and Safety Departments to establish and implement policy development, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Support the development and training of employees' skills and abilities to fulfill current and future roles and responsibilities.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or equivalent field.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management and Qualified Source Test Individual (QSTI) in Groups 1-4.
- Knowledge of USEPA emissions testing regulations, OSHA rules and requirements, and MS Office programs.
- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
This role will require regular travel to industrial environments, which will necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The employee will be required to sit for extended periods, use hands to finger, and have good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment. The employee will also be required to stand frequently and exert up to 30 lbs. of force with occasional exertion of up to 50 pounds.
TravelThis role will require approximately 25% travel.
