Job Overview

Eckerd Connects is seeking a highly motivated and organized Testing Coordinator to join our team at Odle Management. As a key member of our academic team, you will be responsible for administering adult basic education tests to students, determining their initial, interim, and final reading and math performance achievement levels, and providing support to students in achieving their career goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and score TABE tests, ensuring accurate and timely results.
  • Determine test results based on Center and DOL procedures and criteria.
  • Compile and distribute test results to department heads and maintain accurate records.
  • Submit weekly activity reports to the E&T Director and project supply and equipment needs.
  • Attend required staff training sessions and maintain a safe and respectful work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and management, modeling excellent employability skills and personal responsibility.
Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • One year of work-related experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred.
