Job Overview

Al's Twin Air, LLC is seeking a skilled Boiler Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our boiler systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Install and commission new boilers, adhering to safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
  2. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on boilers and related equipment to identify and address potential issues.
  3. Diagnose and repair malfunctions or breakdowns in boiler systems, such as leaks, faulty valves, or pressure irregularities.
  4. Manage daily building operations systems, including BAS, eBas, and CMMS.
  5. Perform regular cleaning and servicing of boilers to remove scale, sediment, and other debris that may affect performance.
  6. Monitor and adjust boiler controls, fuel consumption, and water levels to optimize efficiency and minimize energy wastage.
  7. Test boiler safety devices, such as pressure switches, relief valves, and flame safeguards, to ensure proper functioning.
  8. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs performed on all boilers in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  9. Collaborate and/or supervise maintenance teams/technicians to coordinate repairs and shutdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in boiler technology to recommend improvements or upgrades to existing systems.
  11. Foster a culture of safety by following all relevant safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and promoting safe work practices.
