Residential Health Care Assistant

Chrysalis is a leading provider of support services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Health Aide to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care and support to individuals with complex needs, including assistance with daily living skills, medication management, and behavioral support.
- Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for individuals, adhering to Chrysalis' high standards.
- Document and report incidents, progress, and concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Pass and maintain a passable criminal background check and LEIE per state regulations
- Pass required controlled substance tests
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
