Enterprise Account Executive

About the Role:
Care is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers and brokers, while consistently achieving and exceeding revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively build customer and broker relationships to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve individual and team revenue goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of success
- Experience working with benefits brokers and/or within the employee benefits space
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
