Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Tradesmen International. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve budgeted sales and gross profit goals through effective leadership and management of assigned sales teams.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and develop remote markets by implementing and sharing best sales practices.
  • Ensure office team is accountable to company policies and procedures.
  • Build strong client relationships and oversee client appreciation activities.
  • Recruit and retain high-performing sales talent.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
